Our mission is to provide neutral, unbiased expertise to organizations and businesses in the areas of human relations and communications while promoting public awareness of alternative dispute resolution, especially of mediation and its role in self-determination, rebuilding trust and preserving relationships.

Hughes holds a law degree from Peoples College of Law (Los Angeles), a Master's in conflict management and has been a mediator and trainer in the private and public sectors in Southern California since 1989.
She has taught at Santa Monica College, L A Trade Tech Labor Studies Program and now teaches at the Antelope Valley College.
She has mediated workplace and discrimination claims for the United States Postal Service's Redress program since its inception in 1997.
"It is my goal to serve, and to enrich and motivate others to serve in the ultimate quest for peace," says Hughes.
